Getting started
How do I get GeoGarage charts on my phone or chartplotter?
GeoGarage doesn't publish its own navigation app — charts are sold as subscriptions and used inside our partners' apps. Pick the app that fits your platform, then buy your chart subscription on accounts.geogarage.com.
I've subscribed — why don't I see my charts in the app yet?
Open the partner app and log in with the same account you used to subscribe on accounts.geogarage.com. Your charts activate automatically once you're signed in — there is nothing else to install or configure.
Charts & updates
How often are the charts updated?
Chart updates are handled automatically by our online service. As long as your app connects from time to time, you always sail with the latest edition of the charts included in your subscription — there's nothing to download or install by hand.
Can I use my charts without an internet connection?
Yes. Once downloaded in the app, charts stay available offline for as long as your subscription is active. You only need a connection again to pick up new editions or when your subscription renews.
Which areas do GeoGarage charts cover?
Coverage varies by hydrographic office and region. Check the chart coverage page for the areas and services currently available.
Subscription & billing
Where do I manage my subscriptions and invoices?
Everything is self-service on accounts.geogarage.com. Sign in to see your active subscriptions and renewal dates on your billing page, and manage invoices or your payment method through the billing portal.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Cancel any time from the billing portal on accounts.geogarage.com — no need to contact us. Your charts stay usable until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Should I contact GeoGarage or my app's publisher?
Contact GeoGarage for anything about charts, coverage, or your subscription. For questions about using the app itself — routing, weather, display settings — contact its publisher directly:
- NavimetriX (NavimetriX)
- Weather4D Routing & Navigation (Weather4D)
- SailGrib WR (SailGrib)
- Squid (D-ICE Engineering)
